- Greenglassninja.com is located in Illinois, USA and will follow all applicable laws. In some states it is forbidden to import, stock and supply some products. It is necessary for you to be aware of your own state's laws and regulations.

- 20% Restocking fee for change in quantity & canceled orders.
- Greenglassninja.com cannot be held responsible for the misuse of these products.
- All of the products and accessories are for tobacco &/or herbal use only. Any use of these products other than their intended use makes the user solely responsible, at their own risk, cost and other consequences.
- We expressly point out that all those who purchase our products are responsible for their actions in the future.
- This site and our products are not intended for persons under 21 years old. Sales to minors are forbidden.
- Keep all products out of reach of children
- Absolutely no refunds on capsules, detox, liquids, powders etc.

- Absolutely no refunds on open or used products such as Quick Fix, U Pass, Monkey Flask, Magnum.

- After 14 days, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Damaged or used items are subject to a 35% restocking fee. All discrepancies must be reported within 4 days of receiving your order.

OUR SHIPPING POLICY

How We Do It

$7 Flat Rate Ground Shipping & $14.99 Express/Priority via USPS, FedEx or UPS at our discretion for shipments within USA, excludes Alaska, Hawaii and US Territories.

Orders over $75 receive free Standard Ground shipping via USPS, FedEx or UPS at our discretion for shipments within USA, excludes Alaska, Hawaii and US Territories.

Orders are processed during business hours (7 days a week, 7:00AM to 7:00PM CT). Most orders that are placed before 2:00PM CT, will ship the same day, however, under certain circumstances, based on warehouse volume, it is not a guarantee.

You will need to create an account in "Members Area" to track shipping and see prior orders.

If the tracking number is non-active, please allow twelve (12) hours for the carrier to update the tracking status.

Depending on rates, we ship USPS, FedEx & UPS. We use real time monitoring to insure you get the best shipping rate possible!

Shipping Address Errors

If you have made an error in entering your address, once it arrives back at our facility, your order will be refunded within 72 hours, less the original cost of shipping. Ultimately, it's your responsibility to have your shipping address correct, not ours.

We reserve the right to cancel any order that does not meet our security requirements.

International customers:

At this time, we only ship domestically. We do not accept international credit cards. International customers: if you try to place your order, your credit card MAY authorize the full amount, but the authorization will eventually get canceled. Your orders will NOT be processed. Funds will NOT be captured.

OUR RETURN POLICY

Everything You Need to Know

Our policy lasts for14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Damaged or used items are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

All discrepancies must be reported within 4 days of receiving your order.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases. Absolutely No Refunds on capsules, powders and liquids. Absolutely no refunds on open or unused products such as Quick Fix, U Pass, Monkey Flask and similar products. Glass Bubblers, Pipes and Rigs that arrive damaged or defective will need to be reported within 4 business days. Upon receipt of the items a credit or replacement will be issued.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 days.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Clearance items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, clearance items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges
